Another possible source for water in oil, is oil coolers. While I dont believe the factory 32xx gasses had oil coolers alot of people have added them...

FYI the stock gas motors in these boats are full closed cooling, so yes the exhaust manifolds are fresh water / antifreeze cooled.

FYI. The pink stuff is non toxic antifreeze that is used to winterize the raw water side of the engine /heat exchanger .
