          Thanks so much!!
its a single engine... just installed a new Volvo Penta in her and had them paint the hall. Couldn't afford for them to polish and wax her so im looking forward to getting it done myself.
          Alaskan bulkhead.. I love it!

welcome aboard, I live in Carlsbad and keep my Bayliner in Dana Point, you should make the trip up, plenty of overnight guest docks and lots of whales currently at the Point. Mostly Grey Whales.

I also have a 1985 Bayliner 2860. I Bought “Summer School” in 2005 and repowered it in 2008. I repowered with a Marine Power 6.0 liter and a new Volvo Duo-prop. Labor of love, but I have the boat in great shape now. We spend the summers in Prince Williams Sound in Alaska and it is the perfect boat for weekend get aways. I sure you will get hours of enjoyment from your boat.
