    285 From the adriatic sea

    Hi guys,

i'm David and i come from the south of Europa, my boat is stationed in Croatia on the adriatic sea.

I have a MY2000 285, and this is where my confusion starts...

Acc. to Bayliners specs the 285 came out first 2004, in my papers and everywhere on the boat i have stickers etc..that its a 2855, and on the seats the Ciera Logos. The hull itself is a 285! rounded shapes, no front anchor bridge, single (one piece) window on the cabin sides...and a 7,4MPI engine. i know the boat from the first owner on, but can't connect the dots....is it because it was shipped to europe? but who makes 2 different boats at the same time...if anybody has an idea about this, i would apreciate it...

    a pic from my boat

That sure is odd. Here's a couple of pics of the starboard side of my boat. The only change I made was the grab handle on the arch.
