Hello, I'm another one of them!

Big hello to everyone and this forum has helped me know end before joining!

I am from the UK and purchased a ciera sunbridge 2155, with trailer.

I didn't see it. Check its condition or anything, just bought it and had it delivered to my local boat yard where I pop down every weekend to work on it.

Wow! Is all I can say, mercruiser engine but omc leg. Rotten transom cracked windows, trailer in poor condition, obviously inside needs completely redoing.

But I'm on it and it's getting there. New transom done, engine rebuilt (just got to some how get it back in the boat). New windows being Lazer cut tomorrow. Plus a million more things I've done, tweaked and planning.

I want it on the water for summer, I think it will be with some more hard hours and warmer weather.

Welcome. You’re in good company here as several members have bought boats only to have to completely rebuild them. Before installing the engine I would pressure test the fuel tank as these older tanks are know to leak.

Will definitely post pics, she's quite a project.

Didn't give the tank a thought so I will see if I can get it pressure tested at the boat yard.

For now I'm off to post a question about my engine stringers
