    Welcome! We have a 1988 3818 that we just love. I’ve made a few changes that have made the Admiral much happier and will be happy to share them with you. Things like making the ladder less vertical.

      Sorry I haven't replied Pete. Closing on mine on the 14th. Very excited. I feel I'm getting a very good one. Shopped three and this was by far the best. Went thru the survey last week with only minor items to get repaired. Main items :hoses to Benny need replaced. Bilge pump in engine room needs replaced, and other minor. Items. Recommended a fire suppression system which the insurance company is going to make me install. This boat was very well maintained and it shows. Anyway thanks for the welcome.
