New to Bayliners with a 2450 Ciera Sunbridge

Well it said to post a intro. I just bought a 1985 2450 Ciera Sunbridge last Friday and am in the process of waking it up from it's 2+ year nap on the trailer after the Previous owner had health issues . I found the site looking for answers to a few questions and will probably be looking for more. We live in the Yakima Valley of Washington state and are switching from a 21 Ft sailboat after the sailboat got to be a bit too much work to rig and take down before and after taking it out. We plan on cruising it on the Columbia river and Puget Sound.

Welcome! We had an 85 2450 that we loved. It’s a great hull with a good ride.

      Good luck with the boat.
I had a 2150 before and now have a 2750. Both were/are great boats and the whole series has a lot in common on how they work.
So fire away if you have questions you think we can help with.

I have pretty much completely restored the 2750 now with all new wiring, plumbing, SB seating, dash etc. so I know it pretty well by now.

1996 Capri bowrider 1950 (restore project - sold)

      1984 Ciera 2750 (4th boat replaced the Ciera 2150)

I once owned a 1987 2450 Ciera. It was my first Bayliner and it sold me on the brand.
