12 volts are sent to solenoids that control the hydraulic motor. See if your switch is sending the voltage to them when pressed. If it is then it could be bad solenoids.

You checked the fuse at the pump?

Yes. The fuse is good

Assuming this is a mercruiser? Verify the negative and possitive wire connections are good, clean and solid, at both the pump end (both solenoids and the bracket holding the pump assembly) and at the battery end. Verify voltage with a volt meter to the possitive studs of both solenoids, there's a block fuse than could have blown. Look at the wire harness connection afor the pump next, these can get corroded. If things still don't work then move onto testing the solenoids with a jumper wire. If you hear no clicking at the solenoids while testing then the solenoids are likely bad, if they do click but the motor doesn't run then the motor is likely the issue.

There is more than just one 110amp main fuse there.

There should be a 20 amp breaker or inline fuse needs to be checked.
