My 2755 Cierra not getting on plane

    I have a 1989 2755 Cierra with a 5.7 litre.
Just put the boat in the water two weeks ago from marina we’re it was winterize and stored.
Drove the boat home and when I stop I lost the propeller.
what I had on the boat was a 16x16p and I work for two years and the ride home that day.
i installed a new one and now it doesn’t plane out of water.
I tried three different size of prop and does the same thing.
I reach rpm of between 4500 to 4800 but not planning.
When i give some throttle it throws you back for a second and then it’s like your spinning. it revs high but can’t go.
Just bizarre all was good with old prop and now with new ones it doesn’t work.
Just want to know if anything I can check.
    Thanks

Possibly, if he’s running a used prop.
