I don't call you labels and names, Douggy. I can change that if you like, but I generally would rather debate constructively.

San Fran has a number of good qualities, if you actually go there. Such as it happens to be a hotbed for new company start ups, which is typically something Republicans applaud. It has a booming economy and great weather.

It also happens to be a kick ass food town if you like to eat.

      So yeah...try again.

Great weather... Mark Twain said the coldest winter he ever endured was a summer in San Francisco...

You do realize I can cite examples for each of those situations where Republicans fall into that category, right?

Matt, you can't tell someone that they must post to your requirements. You do call people names, use labels and abbreviated profanity ... and have been called out on it several times.

              Just wondering??
Actually, two things. First, Progressives are sick of you and your vitriol on social media and they tend to retreat from those pointless exchanges. I think most folks are willing to have discussions as long as it remains a discussion. Second, every person I know that voted for Trump regrets it. That's because most people I know identify as independent in thought and political leanings. TThe other group that regrets the last election are the Sanders voters that checked out and threw the election, along with other factors.
Then there is the Trump base that share his views. There is no discussion to be had there. I believe with a few notable exceptions that is the exchange I see here.

Now think back to the day President Obama's election. How exactly did the right react ?

Oh, you don't remember the riots, the shootings, the msm going off the deep end, the D list celebrities holding a bloody Obama head in the air, right wing youth holding cry-in's with hot chocolate and marshmallows, coddled snowflakes protesting on college campuses, classes cancelled and counselors called in?

                Yeah, me either.

I, for one, was glad he was elected. I hoped that he was going to be the factor that helped us come together as a nation of,different races and ethnicities, and learn to work and live together without all the racial strife which has been so evident in this, country since before we were a country. Over his terms I realized what we truly had elected. A President which Sided with every political position designed to continue to foster racial division and disharmony (Black Lives Matter, the whole Trayvon Martin controversy, amongst others), support for people who are terrorists, lack of support for Israel, while all the time enacting programs and Executive Orders which had the effect of morphing us more and more into a new member for the European Union’s Socialist ranks.

Obama never really stood up for this country, and was always pandering to the forces which sought to tear us apart. To me, he was a huge disappointment in what I had hoped he would and could do. But there you have it, you never really know what you get by listening to what someone is trying to sell you.

I like yours and Green's definitions of a liberal. I have no idea what iceclimber is talking about in his last post, but I guess we're even. He often doesn't seem to know what he is talking about either. Maybe that is yet another definition of a liberal.

Thanks for making my point, and the definitions as well. The Trump base is beyond any form of discussion.

LOL ! Yes, Trump is leading the way for diversity ! When innocent protesters got killed (run down with a car) he said "both sides were to blame" and about every other day he does or says something racist. See, that's why people are flipping out over his "shithole" comment, and then all the Republicans who were IN THE ROOM lied about it.

You and all Trump base folks simply live in an alternate universe. What you fail to see (or perhaps admit) is you are about to see the GOP of old tear apart.
