Anchor Cove Marina - Anacortes, WA

Anchor Cove is a private marina located 5-blocks west of downtown Anacortes, next to the Guemes Island Ferry landing.. It is a gated marina with a great ambiance. It has three covered and one open dock with slips that accommodate 45' 7" and 51' 4" LOA. The open dock has a few slips that will accommodate 62' 8" LOA. The facilities include a shop with some woodworking and metalworking tools, pumpout cart, and a deck with picnic tables, BBQs, and crab cookers. The WiFi was recently upgraded. Fuel is not available at the marina but it is available at other marinas a short distance away. There's a pumpout boat that will come to the marina on-demand.

Slip owners are allowed to live aboard, but renters are not.

Looks like a nice Summer Condominium to keep the boat and jump off place to the San Juans and beyond.

No, I own a 40' covered slip (45.5 LOA). It's been a great investment; in 4 years the value of my slip has risen by 140%!

Nice. We looked at possibly renting a spot up there. Great facility, great location.

I bought a 55' LOA slip at Skyline about 3 years ago it it's gone up maybe 5%. How could Anchor Cove possibly have gone up 140% vs Skyline at 5%?

The last covered 40' slip (45' loa) that closed at AC sold for $ 190k. That's 140% the average price 4-5 years ago of $80k. There's a 40 covered slip on the market now for $195k. To be fair, there was a special assessment for the new north breakwater during that time. If this is factored into the cost the gain is 100%.
