That's not good. These boats require a lot of oomph to get over the hump and your hull is even longer now. I've often thought about switching to a b3 but it's already a tall order for my b2 and her huge prop to get me up to 20 mph. Even all out at 23 mph I don't feel I'm truly on plane as I'm still making huge wake. I don't have any other boats like mine to compare to to but I feel I'm still in transition speeds.
That being said I made peace with her being used as a pocket trawler long ago. If you're in a 2859 and you're in a rush, it's not the boat for you.

Yes PITA , is a under statement, as for PickleRick with my old 350 I could go to 26 with low fuel and water, fully loaded could not go on plane, a wile back coming from Ketchikan to Prince Ruper with full load, 2 big igloo 's + loaded with fish and gas water 2 persons would not lift, long trip.Slightly modified 2859 6.5 Diesel Bravo III X drive
