Part Needed for 91' Bayliner 3888 w twin turbo 200HP diesels - Photo Included

Not sure what to call this part for my 91' Bayliner 3888 w twin turbo 200HP diesels - Photo of part attached.
Starboard side, I have an impacted part that attaches to the bottom of the riser (see the photo). The part I need is between the hose and the riser with the broken nipple (not sure if nipple is the correct term). The nipple that's broken attaches to a hose that attaches to the packing gland. Anyway's, I want to start by replacing this part as well as a new nipple that has broken off.
Does anyone know the name of this part as well as where I might find it? Thank you and Happy New Year!
