the 2556 is a good boat and not many available compared to the number of 28's on the market....

here is one. they are asking too much, but can probably be negotiated to a fair price, note it has no bow rail. wind screen on FB or anchor pulpit extension..... https://seattle.craigslist.org/see/b...968076301.html

older, Not a 2556 but still a bayliner command bridge... https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...2572701750804/

After cruising around in my 93, I’d be looking for one in the early 90’s with a Bravo drive. 93-94 models have the aluminum cabin bulkhead which is zero maintenance compared to the teak.

I’d sell mine if the price was right.... Although it runs and drives ok, it needs some little things done to it.

Do this, teak looks nice but a pain to keep up. Just one less thing to worry about. Also the Bravo2/7.4 merc package is nice, lots of power.

What part of the country are you in?
This one is in SoCal and Im moving to HB this week so I can take a look at it if youre interested. The guys on crack if he thinks he can sell it with no trailer, in a slip, and hasnt been run in 2 years.

6k is way overpriced for a non runner, so it aint going anywhere fast.

Not sure where you are located but try looking in Washington. I looked for over a year for mine and found the most for sale in that area. I got a 91 in good + shape and running condition for 9k. Cost 1k to get her to CA. I was able to sell the trailer she came in on for 2k. So 8k for our dream boat was awesome! We down sized from a 32' and are super stoked. She gets up on plane no problem, is easy to dock and has cruised comfortably at sunset with 10 friends on board.. Good luck, it's a great boat!
