    Selling my 1987 3870 - Savannah, GA

It is with a sad heart, and the promise of a steady paycheck from corporate america that I am listing my 3870 up for sale.

I've had her about 18 months, invested well over 20K in getting it ready for long term/distance cruising. Prior owner took really really good care of her too, and put $11K into a hard top on it as well.

    Full listing here:

$46,500 / Located in Savannah, GA

I just took her our this weekend for a final hurrah, she cranked right up to 17 knots, the hinos are running great. (~2000hrs)

PM me here or my contact info on the add

I have a 3818 and just a couple of questions for my info.
Did you ever try any davits for a dinghy?
Did you replace the water tanks with 1 tank or 2, new aluminum tank or plastic ?
I'm refitting my 1988 3818 and appreciate any info.
      Good luck with sale.

“A steady paycheck from corporate America”? Where and what are you off to?

Pete, I took a job in Minnesota for a large private company doing technology. couldn't pass it up...

ctbarbarian the boat has weaver davits on the swim platform, they work fine. I replaced the water tank with two bonded ronco B371 drawings attached. Not an easy job.
