    Pinched Nerve in My Neck

I'm worried that next season will be no fun as I have
a pinched nerve in my neck which lays me out randomly.
I'm doing physical therapy for it and have seen a few
different kinds of doctors for it. I have okay days and
bad days. Just a bit of a rant, sorry.

Get the therapy and your exercises down this winter so spring is launch time.

remember, it can hurt at home or on the water....just get some help with the particulars.

Find a good Chiropractor, it's amazing what they can fix.

Turns out it's probably trigeminal neuralgia. Does anybody
          know of a good neurologist?

My wife is a Quality Manager for Franciscan here in Tacoma. Her recommendations are Patrick Hogan ( specifically for TN) or Seth Stankus who’s the Medical Director for Franciscan Neuroscience.
Either way, best of luck going forward. As I’m sure you realize this condition truly sucks but it can be managed. Hang in there!

                Live healthy and live long.
As we get older we tend to become more aware of just how fragile life can be.
                Some become more proactive.

I’ve got a pinched nerve in my lower back. Had it for 30 years. Chiropractors have helped, physical therapists have helped, meds have helped, but the best therapy is the lower stress of retirement.
