The passing of a BOC member Jim Smith-gctid828886

I was notified today that Jim Smith has passed away. Jim and Pam traveled across Canada and the USA in their motor home along the way they met people from our boating group. Jim sold his Bayliner in 2016 but stayed on the water with a small fishing boat he took with them to their winter vacation spot in B.C.
