When plugged into shore power my line 1 on the panel shows (green light) flickers or the light is not on. Line 2 has a solid green. My xantract shows both lines charging

but my start battery is not charging and reads 12 volts. The boats will start when I connect both banks of batteries. Any ideas?

Check if you have a battery isolator, the diode could be failed open circuit not allowing the battery th charge.

found problem my negative post was lose but would not tighten, replace nut set up solved problem thanks for your reply
