I have a leak (think from the bottom) of my metal water tank in my 1988 Bayliner 3288. Looks like the only way to get the tank out is to cut it out. I think it's aluminum, but not sure. (Is it ?) The tank is under the mid cabin bed. Maybe I can cut it in half to get it out the door ? Anyone done this ? Any advise? Thanks

After removing the glass of the rear window and the fly bridge ladder, my plastic tank slid out in one piece.
