permatex -aviation form a gasket
it's a non hardening coating auto parts stores will have it.
Great on heads and elbow gaskets mani's also will not melt or get hard.

Not even close, but some will depend on what you plan to use it for.
IMO, the Mercury Marine Quicksiver "Perfect Seal" is superior.
