    Ignition warning signal-gctid467318

2003 model 2452. The warning "scream" from the ignition won't shut off. Does the switch need replacing?

The alarm signals one of three things:
    • Low or No oil pressure
    • Low drive lube level
    • Engine overtemperature

The alarm will sound before the engine is started due to the lack of oil pressure. This is a test of the system.

So are you still getting alarm with the engine running?

Oil is good, temp is normal. It runs fine and will shut off while in motion but sounds while idling. How do I check drive lube?

a clear container on top of the engine normally on the port side.should be to the upper line.blue lube inside and you should see elecrical wire which operates the level switch.all wires are linked so if one of the 3 fail the buzzer gives out the warning.
