I have a 1996 2655 with a mercruiser 5.7. I want to order a new long block. Where is the best place to order it from? I will be shipping it to Fort Worth Texas, the S/N for my motor is 0F792351. What else should I replace while I got the motor out?

Can I assume that you're in freshwater there?

If so, you can check the manifolds and risers, but they still may be OK. If you're in saltwater you're probably due.
