If you are referring to the clips they use on mini blinds, I know Lowe's has them. They are way over priced and way too brittle but, I keep buying them.

try your local RV dealer - the same clips are used for the blinds in RVs.

Can someone tell me where to get the clips that hold the shades against the window when the shades are down. Mine have a small nipple that clips in a hole in the bottom of the shade.
