Replacing my manifolds and risers on an OMC 5.7. Anyone ever heard of or used H2O manifolds. Prices seem reasonable, and from pics castings don’t look to bad.

Look identical to just about every other aftermarket, except for the name cast in. Hard to tell from a pic though.1986 Bayliner Contessa 2850

Some of the product pics show areas where the logo was ground out of the casting. I think I'd pass on something like that.1986 Bayliner Contessa 2850

I just bought a set of aluminum HGE manifolds spacers and risers for my 7.4l mercruiser. Wayyyyy lighter and they look very good. Castings are very nice. Dont think there will be any kind of power gain but the weight loss is what i was after. Big difference there. But you want to have a closed cooling system. I am using zinc anodes in the risers for corrosion protection from salt water.Doug

For the money Barr is very good! Exhaust manifolds/risers are not a good place to compromise quality because water leaks at the riser/manifold joint will cause engine damage.88 Four Winns 200 Horizon 4.3 OMC
