Do I need to paint these new bunk parts?-gctid828479

These new bunk parts have that golden finish to them. Do they need to be painted? I'm thinking so. Any recommendations on paint if so? Going on a galvanized trailer for saltwater use.

Return and get galvanized if you're using in saltwater.

The part in the picture is Cadmium plated. Most mild steel parts used in a salt water environment are hot dip galvanized.
