I have a 2003 305 and I have replaced most of the cockpit seating. My seats were screwed down and also glued. You have to remove the screws (of course) and then try and pry of seats off. I didn't have any problem but you have to be careful. I bought the skins for the seats from Canvas Plus. They are in Arlington Washington I believe. Phone# 360 435 0932. Great prices and the seats were perfect.

My 2655 DID have "hidden screws" that required trim or panel removal inside to expose some screws before removing the "U" lounge seat...rather what was left of it and most had a blob of silicon to help seal them off which one should remove all traces of and install fresh blobs at every screw at install time. Another suggestion since it will be removed anyway would be to wipe clean the newly uncovered Gel Coat and apply a coat of wax. Later on down the waterway when water gets splashed and creeps under the seats it will bead up and motion should help remove it quicker...always a good thing!Dave
