Hi, I have a 2006 Bayliner Trophy with a 5.7 mer and alpha one outdrive. The guy I bought it from replaced the trim limit switch and the trim indicator switch but couldn't get it working. I've had another person look at it and he replaced the gauge, but still couldn't get it working. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can troubleshoot this?
Were the senders installed correctly? There is a little tab on them that must point in the correct direction then once installed they need to be adjusted by rotating then slightly. the instructions are in the mercruiser manual for the transom assembly.
