I'm hoping someone can tell me they've had success with auto pilot on their cable assisted steering Trophy.

Boat weight: 3500 +500 with full tank.

I've been looking at the sitex sp110 with octopus remote drive for post 94 alpha outdrive. I have my kicker linked to the main and wondered if this would work with main engine off??? I've seen this system for about $2200. You'll probably hear about switching to hydraulic. Looking forward to hearing any experience as well. Could be a winter project.
