    OK I give up. How do you get the neutral button in the throttle control arm to come out? 2452

    Move the lever back to the neutral position.

    You must have the lever in front or behind the neutral position. Move the lever forward and back and the button should pop out.

      if you are talking remove it from the assembly it just pries out. use a screw driver on each side and it should come out.
