I don't think there is enough meat back there to mount one let alone pull a anchor in.

i hawe done it on my boat.

i did change the fuel tank att the same time, so i got shorter fuel tank, ang ghot more space between the stern and the tank on port side.

on starboard side you may gott tha space you need.

What the name off the windless you going to use?

i ghot picturs how i did it, i tray to fint them later.

            Hi !

on my boat i got a steern door on starboard side, so i didn't want that anger on starboard side.

i don't like the winch on the stern, so i look fore som space inside the transroom.

Ist not Match space between the fueletank and the steernwall.

My solution..... i newer do anything the easy way

My starboard fuel tank where leaking, and i didn't want to pull the engins. I cut out the old tanks om both side and installed shorter ones how i cud fit whid out pull the engins.

Whid smaler tanks i haw lots of space to install my Winch and space for my line.

i ghot 50m line and it is led inside the line to ad whigt to it. The winch is from Engbo. to get it to work well you need at least 0,5m of drop from the winch to botom of the spot where the line drops.
