    Milky oil-gctid820191

Should I be worried that my oil filler pipe on my dinghy outboard 50 HP Honda has a bit of white milky goo inside?

Is this an indication of water intrusion ?

might just be condensation. in the automotive world I'd see this alot with cars that would never really get up to operating temp, just short little drives. The engine would never get hot enough for the moisture to bun off/evaporate. if possible id drain the oil and check for milky swirls, that would indicate more of an intrusion problem to me.

      Good news. Thanks.

From a kid my grandad always used to say milky oil equals head gasket. Stuck with me forever.

You logic makes sense and the dipstick was clean as a whistle.

Was compounded while using he dinghy cause I kept getting an alarm but after research these hkndas have a habit of throwing an tilt alarm that is annoying but not a concern.

      Thanks for the input
