New dash guage panel cutouts?-gctid819586

I seem to recall seeing on this forum at some point someone who does custom replacement dash gauge panels... laser cut or something? I can't find it now for the life of me. Anyone know where I can get a replacement dash panel made... looks like this. That butcher job on the left side is where an old fish finder was.
