Help! What is the trick to removing the Origo 4300E stove.-gctid818491

The screws holding it down are under the stainless cover. I can't see how to release it. And does anyone have one lying around for parts, I need the alcohol fuel tank?B)

It may have a bead of sillycone sealing it to the countertop, use a thin metal putty knife to cut it loose. Should be able to lift it out if the 120 AC has enough slack or has been disconnected.

The entire stainless top is on a hinge. Should be a little black knob centered between the alcohol burner slides that releases the latch and allows you to pull open the top.

Here's a replacement fuel canister if you need one. Might call them to verify it'll work in your stove, looks like it's meant for a heater.

Instruction manual here. See diagram 3 for an illustration of how Dave is telling you to flip open the stainless steel top.

Got it, thanks everyone. So the PO cut the box out to fit a microwave in that's 1/2" taller than base of the stove box. Moron. Ill ad that to the project list.
