Moved the boat out of the shop on to the trailer and painted the hull "Fighting Lady Yellow". Ran the engine for the first time in seven years with some hints from this forum using the muff system and plugging the drain hole below the water intake. Got the engine up to temp (180) and found a couple of bad hoses. Replaced a number of hoses, had Billings radiator repair the surge tank, put the coolant system back together and ran again, all is good. Plan to launch in Yellowtail reservoir (on the Montana/Wyoming border) this week. Attached a couple of pictures, she is named "Far West", after a famous Steamboat from the 1870's in Montana, best known for her trip from the Bighorn River to Mandan N Dakota with the wounded from Little Big Horn battle including the wounded horse "Comanche" .

Mitch you have accomplished a fine restoration, like the hull color, good luck on the launch.
