Just wanted to give 2 thumbs up to Dometic/Crusiair customer service. My 5 year old unit (yes out of warranty) gave out over the weekend. I called the Fl office and they immediately determined that the question was outside of their expertise and transferred me to their facility in Alabama where I spoke with my new best friend Carter. He was most helpful and patient providing me a path to start and perhaps more importantly to stop and call a mechanic if the 4 steps he gave me did not cure the issue.
It is not often that you get someone willing to speak with you for over 20 minutes for an out of warranty item.
