have a 15x21 stainless 3 blade trophy and want to go to a 4 or 5 blade so I can stay on plain at lower rpm
With the 15x21 at 6000ft Max speed is at 35mph and my photo tack shows 4500rpm trim up any more it starts to cavitate so I have a 5.7merc alpha one gen 2
I can throttle back to 3700rpm and 25mph anything less it comes off plain..
So what would you suggest?? Sorry for all the info but I want this to be a great prop being its stainless
I was thinking a 20 or a 21 pitch what do you think with the littler diameter?? Or down to a 19
