How to clean salt/corrosion off plastics like the transducers?-gctid813909

What is the best method or product to clean a transducer? Are these somewhat scratch resistant? Pulled my boat for the first time after about 9 months in the water.

Also, are these supposed to be loose enough to be able to push them up like in the picture? I'm thinking no, but thought I should ask

Vinegar will eat the crusty critters without needing to scrub or scrape very hard.
