Trying to decide which bow roller for the Rocna-gctid812105

    Hi Folks,

I recently removed the bow pulpit and rail from my 3288 and now need to add a new anchor and roller. I've landed on the Rocna 15 (33lb) for an anchor but still haven't settled on a roller. There are a few in my marina (Des Moines) that appear to have the BRM and I kind of like the Windline self-launching roller.

My question to you folks is if any of you are using the Rocna, which bow rollers are you all using and how do you like their performance?

I was looking at the Rocna but decided that the hoop might be in the way for my pulpit.

I went with their Rocna Vulcan at 20 kg for my 3988 and am very happy with how it sets and stows.

The shank is a smooth curve so, coupled with a heavy swivel, it deploys and retrieves really well

      Thanks Gary.

So you went with the Vulcan. Was that decision made purely based on how it would fit with your pulpit/roller?
