You have a few decisions to make, and a few hurdles to jump, if you plan to install a Bow Pulpit and Windlass on this boat.
1...... an added Bow Pulpit will cover up your existing bow nav light, most likely causing the need for separate Port and Stbd lights.
2...... the Windlass will need to be mounted in a position that favors a rode "drop zone" within the AFT 1/3 of the rode locker.
3...... your existing rode locker is too shallow for an effective Windlass operation.
4...... your existing rode locker panel will need to be secured in order to give the Windlass a "stout" mounting surface.
You need the bow pulpit and roller for a decent anchor shank fit.
You need the bow pulpit and roller for decent windlass operation.
You need a rode drop zone with enough fall to allow for gravity assist.
In other words, I think that your existing rode locker needs to be removed, and then create a deeper area for the rode.
IMO, a vertical windlass will best suit this boat.

Thanks for the information. I was going down that path as well and appreciate the input. The factory set up on this model is definitely not conducive to anchoring!
