I am in the process of bringing a long neglected 1979 Bayliner Saratoga back to life. I've found that the trim limit and position sender wires are completely rotted out and I would like to replace these while I am doing the lower shift cable, gimbal bearing, and bellows. I understand that the trim limit switch is mounted on the port side of my MC-1, and the trim position switch is mounted on the starboard side, and I plan to order kit 805320A03 which includes the trim limit and position switches to replace these. Since I have dual control stations with a trim gauge at each, do I also need to order 805130A6 and use this instead of the trim sender which comes with 805320A03? What is the actual difference between the two?
Thanks
Brice
