I noticed on the back of the flywheel there are 3 weights opposite screw holes for coupler and 3 without weights,does it matter which holes I use ?

The weights on the opposite side of the flywheel are for balancing the flywheel. The coupler can be clocked to the flywheel six different ways, it doesn't matter which.
