    Throttle Cable Grease or Graphite?-gctid809400

Throttle cable seems to be sticking because when I idle down, the engine takes about a minute to slow down to its usually idle speed. I can't see a spring to tighten or replace, so I'm guessing the cable is sticking. Can I lube it, and if so, with what? I have a spray can of graphite, and lots of marine grease, just need to know what to do.

Whatever you say, please dummy it down; remember, I'm not a mechanic.
