    55 amp circuit breaker (the one you replaced because it was rusty), 90 amp fuse at starter. I belive the 90 amp fuse at the starter is fusing the orange wire running from the alternator not the main battery cable.

      90amp fuse at the starter is fusing the MAIN cable.
