1990 Bayliner Ciera 2755 - Help with the HEAD!!!-gctid805695
Most of our boats have the seacock valve under the cabin stairs. If its not open already, check for any leaks when you open it.
I'm guessing you have a Jabsco manual pump that has a wet/dry pump feature. The lever needs to be switched to wet.
If it still won't draw water, try tossing a 1/4 cup of baby or vegetable oil into the head to lube your pump parts. Close the lid and pump rapidly and see if you can get some suction to draw water. Once its primed, it should pump water easily.
