Is there a published or established location for cutting the hole for chain and rope when installing a windlass on the 2858 Command Bridge? And a size?

I would expect the hole for the chain/rope to be "wide enough" and located directly under the gypsy to allow the chain being pulled/dropped from/to the chain locker along a perpendicular path.
