    That looks like a great candidate for penetrant like Penetrol or Blaster. Let it soak then you are going to want to lock the threaded tube without denting it. Vice grips with rounded jaws may not be big enough, but might work. Next step for me would be BIG water pump channel locks, then a pipe wrench. When you get the nut to move, put more penetrate on it and work it for locked up one way then back the other.

      Okay, thanks. I will try that.

      I was just concerned that the tube was not suppose to move when you turn the cable nut....
