Probably won't find that exact replacements with the screws but Here's some rocker switches that look similar.

I think they used those on the last Apollo mission and then Teac had them for awhile on their reel-to-reels.
Seriously though, that's a tough one. Sometimes there may be an electronics / HAM shop nearby that might have a trove of switches, but you might end up having to switch over to a newer Carling switch.

They are in fact circuit breakers. Would cost a fortune to swap them all over. Was hoping someone knew of a boat salvage yard that would have something like this. I checked with some of the larger boat yards but no luck.
