Those are known as "Rubber Hooks" aka exhaust pipes, Volvo Penta OEM p/n 843235.

Pat gives you a link to an e-Bay auction. Excellent price...... you'd better nab them NOW!

However, they are not showing the two nylon washers that fit over the tubes prior to installation.
