Supplement to Owners Manual for 1990 2655 Ciera and Correct Propeller-gctid395360

I recently purchased a 1990 2655 Ciera Sunbridge and am looking for the Supplement to the Owners Manual for this boat type.

Also, Since I cannot attain the speed I think I should, I believe that the installed propeller is not correct. ( I have had the rpm up to 4000 and not achieved plane and was not at WOT.)

The following are the engine.drive specs I have:

I have contacted Bayliner Customer Service via their e-mail, but so far, no response.

Any help in finding a copy of the manual and/or information on the correct prop type would be greatly appreciated.

I run a 16 inch diameter with a 14 pitch Mercury 3 blade with the exact boat. Sometimes called an "elephant ear". I ordered it from the Merc. dealer.

3/4 fuel 3/4 water 4 adults 1 child gets me 4600 WOT, cruise 3800 rpm 24-25 mph on GPS.
