is there an additive to put in fuel tanks to seal leaks rather than replacing the tank

not up to my knowledge and I wouldn't trust it in a boat tank but theres something to line the empty and cleaned tank with. Unfortunately you have to take the tank out unless you can turn your boat into all directions including upside down.
The stuff is por15 but once you have the tank out you better install a new one.
I used por15 for admirals MC tank but there it's a 1/2h job not several hours for a boat in case it starts leaking again.
