Cooler/Heater ???-gctid390348

Hello, I just bought a boat, a Bayliner 2655 -97 and in it I've found something that looks like a thermostat control. In the right corner of the front cover is written, Climate Technologies. Then I also found something that looks like a heater / cooler that sits connected to the panel and understood it to be programmed from the control panel. Now I try to figure out how it works, no manual and the previous owner did not know what it was. Is there someone here that knows exactly what it is and how it works?
